Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Item must be in original condition (at least 50% full)
• Original receipt or order number required
• Buyer pays return shipping unless item is defective

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at returns@batanaoil.com with your order number
2. Explain the reason for return
3. We will provide return instructions and address
4. Ship the product back within 7 days of receiving return approval
5. Once received, we process refunds within 5-7 business days

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.

Depending on your bank, refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damaged product
• We will ship a replacement immediately at no cost
• Or we will issue a full refund including return shipping

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products more than 50% used
• Products returned after 30 days
• Products without original packaging
• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items
